How to Get the Most Out of Your Littletunes Class
Here at Littletunes, we believe there are many benefits to music-making for children and adults alike. It is our goal to help families all over the USA to make music a part of their lives. Early childhood is a wonderful time to begin music education. Here are a few tips that will help you and your infant, toddler, or preschooler get the most out of your Littletunes experience!
Join in the fun with your little one! When your infant, toddler, or preschooler observes you singing, dancing, and engaging with the class, they will want to join in as well.
When it’s time for class to start, try to find a quiet space where there are minimal distractions.
If you’d like to use instruments in your class, you can have them out for use during the class. If you don’t have any at home, not to fear! There are many do-it-yourself instruments you can make with things you may have around the house. For example, grains of rice in a water bottle makes a great maraca or shaker. Pots or pans also can make wonderful drums.
Reach out to your teacher with any questions you may have about a specific class.
It is ok if your infant, toddler, or preschooler simply wants to observe the class, especially for the first few classes. It is ok if your little one wants to move around and dance during the class. Every child will engage with the class in their own way, and that is welcomed and encouraged!
